METACURE BASE COAT

1. Can be sprayed manually or automatically.

2. Application Viscosity should be 18 +- 2 sec. by Ford cup.

3. Number of coats recommended - 1 coat.

4. Theoretical covering capacity - 60 -80 sq.ft./ltr. @ 25 microns D.F.T.

5. Coating Area Temperature - 30 degree c or less.

6. Application Pressure - Spraying at 35-50 P.S.I.

7. Distance of gun nozzle - 6-8 inches.

8. Keep stirring the paint in the bucket at a slow pace.
METACURE TOP COAT

1. Can be sprayed manually or automatically.

2. Application Viscosity should be 18 +- 2 sec. by Three Ford cup.

3. Number of coats recommended - 1 coat.

4. Theoretical covering capacity - 60 -80sq.ft./ltr. @ 20 microns D.F.T.

5. Coating Area Temperature - 30 degree c or less.

6. Application Pressure - Spraying at 35-50 P.S.I.

7. Distance of gun nozzle - 6-8 inches.

8. Mixing: Stir the Stainer in Lacquer at 1400rpm for atleast 20 minutes. Then filter it with filter cloth to apply.

9. To get even coating from the first to the last object, especially in Matt keep stirring the paint in the bucket at a slow pace.
