Boil 4 - 5 medium sized 10 gm potatoes, cauliflower, 50 gm green peas. Mash them. Make paste of ½ inch ginger & 10-12 garlic flakes. Chop 2 Onions, 3 tomatoes & 1 simla mirch finely. Heat oil in a pan , fry onion for 2-3 minutes, add tomatoes , simla mirch & ginger - garlic paste to it. Now add 3 tsp of "Rambandhu Pav Baji Masala." Mix well & fry till it releases aroma. Add the mashed vegetables , 3-4 cups of lukewarm water & salt. Cook on low flame. If required , add "Rambandhu Pav Baji Masala." For additional flavour & taste. Garnish with coriander leaves & butter.
