Reverse Osmosis System

We offer reverse osmosis system for water treatment which is an effective method to eliminate dissolved solids from pre-treated water. In reverse Osmosis, pure water is obtained by applying pressure on concentrated side. The membranes in this system are spirally wounded and are made of thin polyamide film. Filtration porosity of RO membrane is 0.0001 micron which efficiently removes microorganisms, organic carbon, heavy metal, silicates and dissolved salts.

High Pressure SS 316 pump is used for construction of RO system and is also safeguarded from dry running & high pressure. RO membrane is housed in cylindrical pressure tubes which have access to RO membrane from both ends. The system is also equipped with flow meters, pressure gauges & conductivity meters and comes in single, double & even three pass RO.
