Vertical self cleaning filter vessel in CS/ SS 304/ SS 316 with flange lock closure and standard seal in Neoprene/ viton/ Nitrile with stainless steel filter element.
Description
To auto clean the filter operate the pneumatic actuator fitted in the filter thus the cake collected inside the filter element is pushed out of the filter through bottom drain butterfly valve. A fully automatic system is optional with PLC. Jacketing is optional.
Process Requirements
The self cleaning filter equipment is required for the filtration of the Slurry. Our objective is to recover both the filtrate and the filtered cake. After filtration, the cake removal should be automatic without opening the filter. An automatic system is desired with minimum manual inputs. The systems should be closed to prevent the liberation of spillage. Duplex filters preferred for continuous operation.
