Solarize-60k (Cholecalciferol Granules) is a nutritional supplement containing Vitamin D₃ (Cholecalciferol Granules 60,000 IU) used to treat vitamin D deficiency diseases such as osteoporosis, muscle weakness, increased risk of bone fractures. In infants and unborn babies, Vitamin D deficiency results in slow growth and rickets. It is a fat-soluble vitamin that is produced in the human skin when exposed to sunlight and is also called as "Sunshine Vitamin".

Solarize-60k (Cholecalciferol Granules)is necessary for the absorption of calcium from the stomach and for the functioning of calcium in the body. It regulates the immune system and Vitamin D3 supplements boost the body's defense to fight against infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis and seasonal flu. It acts as an immune system modulator and prevents excess of inflammatory cytokines and increases the killing efficiency of macrophages.

Usual Adult Dose for Vitamin D Deficiency:

1000 international units orally once a day.

Usual Pediatric Dose for Vitamin D Insufficiency:

Neonates, infants and children: 200 international units orally once daily.
