Description
We provide qualitative Copperslag Blasting service which is usually applied on ships, bridges, tanks, rail cars and water towers. The blasting is mainly used to remove thick, tough heavy dust, rust and paints from heavy machines and tanks. An ebonygrit is formed from a by-product of the manufacturing of copper that is processed into an abrasive by Opta mineral. It is consist of ferrosilicate (Fayalite, Fe2SiO4) material and oxides which is produced when the molten slag is quenched in cold water. The blasting slag is produced by cooling process which breaks the slag into coarse and angular particles.
The copper slag is available in following sizes and uses:

- Provides 3.5-5.0 Mil profile
- The ultimate size for the tough heavy duty blast job on Ships, Bridges, Tanks, Rail Cars, etc.
- Suitable for removal of thick, tough old paint, heavy rust and for achieving a coarse profile.

- An All-Purpose size for structural steel, bridges, tanks, ships, water towers etc.

- Provides 1.5-3.0 Mil profile
- A utility size for all kind of blasting jobs. Suitable for the removal of light rust and paint and mill scale.
