LAMI / PLASTIC TUBE FILLING MACHINE

General

1)The speed of the machine is up to 60 tubes per minute. It will vary depending upon the size and type of product the tube.

2)It can fill up to 200ml of cream.

3)It can seal tube up to 40mm dia tubes.

4)It will have oval race track with Aluminum tube holder.

5)The indexing system will be of Ferguson type oil immersed.

6)The body is fully enclosed from all sides.

7)The machine will be claddedwithpre-buffed SS sheet.

8)Over load protection of Conveyor.

Tube in- feed

9)Cassette type ( Tube Magazine ) in feed unit. The entire tube box will be emptied in the cassette and one by one tubes will be fed in to the machine.

10)The in feed unit will consist of inclined chute, vacuum assisted tilting mechanism and mechanically controlled push rod for automatic insertion of tubes in tube holders.

11)A separate switch for tube loading/stop command.

12)Vacuum pump will be provided for assisting tube transfer.

Print mark registration unit

13)A very accurate print mark registration unit will ensure correct positioning oif tubes.

14)It will work on stepper motor and it's controller.

15)Contrast scanner will be of Wenglore or Sick make.

Filling Valve :

1)Capable of fillingliquid, semi viscous and viscous product.

2)All the contact parts to product will be of SS 316L.

3)Dosing is volumetric.

4)Rotary valve spool will be rotated pneumatically.

5)Dosing capacity from 3ml to 200 ml. Change in volume is carried out with change of cylinder and piston.

6)One set of cylinder and piston forms the part of standard supply.

Injection/ Nozzle.

7)It consist of nozzle and shutter rod prated pneumatically.

8)Fill is bottom up.

9)Combination of Air blow and positive shutter rod ensures drip free cut off.

10)The unique feature is that the nozzle block height is adjustable. This ensures the correct position of cutoff in the tube.

Hopper

11)The Hopper will be of SS316 of 45 lit capacity. And will have stirrer fitted.

12)The hopper will jacket for heating the product.

13)Ultrasonic level sensor will be provided on the hopper.

Sealing and Trimming.

1)The sealing unit will be hot air type which can seal lami as well as plastic tube.

2)The heating system by Leister make - ( Switzerland )3300 watt heating Gun controlled by electronic thermo regulator.

3)The trimming/sealing unit will sealing unit will be pneumatically operated.

4)Cutting blade made of High speed steel.

5)One set of Digits ( 5 nos. each )consist of 0 to 9. And Alphabets as required.

6)Central hand wheel to adjust the height of the sealing and cutting unit.

Ejecting

1)The ejecting will be with tail first and cap last type.

2)The machine ejection is compatible to attach with cartooning machine.
